CrossFit (Strength and Conditioning)

This includes plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability with strength training being just one piece of the puzzle. These classes help with everyday lifts and injury prevention. There’s a wide variety of exercise to keep it fun and entertaining.

Gymnastics:

Learn how to hold a handstand, muscle-up on the rings and pull-up with ease. Beginning the class with the basics of gymnastics, we'll work up to advanced bodyweight skills to build your confidence and strength in these sometimes tricky movements.

Barbell Club:

Focusing on strength, power and coordination, we'll be improving all of our compound movements including the squat, deadlift and bench press along with our more technical Olympic lifts; the snatch and Clean and Jerk.

Beginners / Fundamental Class

Brand new to the gym? Come get some help off our experienced coaches with your barbell movements.

HIIT (HIGH-INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)

Burn calories and build up your strength in this 45-minute express class.

Our HIIT classes combine short bursts of intense exercise with short periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. A true fitness game-changer, HIIT promotes fat burn, improves endurance and increases speed.
