  • Gym Floor: Rogue racks, a ton of pin and plate loaded machines, comp platforms, dumbbells to 80kg, sled track, cardio and more

  • Group Classes: Try our CrossFit-style sessions, no experience needed

  • Sled Track & Mobility Tools: a 40sqm Sled Track to push and pull to your heart’s content. Foam rollers, trigger balls and a stretching area.

What to Bring
